Why locked
One form, everything at once
The locked items are not secret — they are bundled so you get the whole set in one PDF rather than downloading six files and wondering which version you have.
What you get: the plat, the acreage schedule, the CC&Rs, the conditions of approval, the utility exhibit and current asking prices, dated and current.
What we ask: your name, an email and which lot interests you. That is it. Telling us what you intend to build helps, but it is optional.
Requests are usually answered the same business day.
